1. Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) announces the financial statements for the 4^th quarter of 2025 for the period from 01^st October, 2025 to 31^th December, 2025.
2. Explanation of variation of profit after tax:
- Profit after tax of the 4^th quarter of 2025: 8.770.221.467 VND.
- Profit after tax of the 4^th quarter of 2024: 9.918.940.704 VND.
- Variation: -1.148.719.237 VND.
Reason: Profit after tax decreased by 11,6% as compared to the same period last year because in the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue from goods and services decreased, thereby  leading to a decrease in profit after tax in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the same period.
