1. Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) announces the financial statements for the 2nd Quarter of 2026 for the period from 01^st January, 2026 to 30^th June, 2026.
2. Explanation of variation of profit after tax:
- Profit after tax of the 2nd quarter of 2026: 600.307.497 VND.
- Profit after tax of the 2nd quarter of 2025: 11.098.832.691 VND.
- Variation: -10.498.525.194 VND.
Reason: Profit after tax decreased by 1.748% as compared to the same period last year because in the second quarter of 2026, revenue from goods and services decreased, thereby  leading to a decrease in profit after tax in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the same period.
