• The Charter of Southern Seed Corporation;
• Resolution No. 01/NQ-DHDCD dated April 22, 2024, approved by the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Southern Seed Corporation, regarding the dividend payout ratio for 2023 of 30% per year;
• The consensus of the Board of Directors;

RESOLVES:

Article I: Payment of the second dividend for 2023 in cash to SSC shareholders.

Par value: 10,000 VND/share

Dividend payment ratio in cash: 10% of par value, equivalent to 1,000 VND/share (annual payout ratio for 2023 is 30%)

Payment date: From October 31, 2024

Dividend payment location:

For shareholders who have deposited their securities: receive cash dividends at the securities companies where their accounts are held.

For shareholders who have not deposited their securities: receive cash dividends at Southern Seed Corporation.
