Announcement of Key Personnel Changes

     Based on Resolution No. 01/NQ-HDQT signed on January 14^st, 2026; and Resolution No. 02/NQ-HDQT signed on January 14^st, 2026 of the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation, we respectfully announce the following personnel changes at Southern Seed Corporation:

1. Dismissal/Resignation:
- Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phong.
- No longer holds the position of: Deputy General Director of the Company.
- Reason for dismissal/resignation (if any): To manage and operate the Quality Management Department and focus on the duties of the Deputy Director of the Vinaseed Group Research Institute.
- Effective date: January 15^th, 2026.

2. Appointment:
- Mr. Huynh Duy Trac.
- Appointed position: Deputy General Director of the Company.
- Appointment term: 36 months.
- Effective date: January 15^th, 2026.
