     Based on Resolution No. 07/NQ-HDQT signed on February 10^th, 2026; and Resolution No. 08/NQ-HDQT signed on February 10^th, 2026 of the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation, we respectfully announce the following personnel changes at Southern Seed Corporation:

1. Dismissal/Resignation:
- Mr. Lam Tuan Lac.
- No longer holds the position of: Chief Accountant.
- Reason for dismissal/resignation (if any): Resignation at the company's request.
- Effective date: February 10^th, 2026.

2. Appointment:
- Mr. Le Ton Hung.
- Previous position before appointment: Assistant to the General Director.
- Appointed position: Chief Accountant.
- Appointment term: 12 months.
- Effective date: February 10^th, 2026.
