Information Disclosure about SSC Release of Audited financial statements of 2024

Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) announces the audited financial statements of 2024 for the period from January, 01st, 2024 to  December, 31th, 2024

Explanation of variation of profit after tax:
- Profit after tax of year 2024:   42.518.964.786 VND
- Profit after tax of year 2023:   54.706.352.618 VND
- Variation                             :  -12.187.387.832 VND
Reasion: Profit after tax decreased compared to the same period last year because in 2023, there were financial income from investment in an associcate of VND 9.9 billion and other income from real estate sales, while in 2024, these two above mentioned incomes did not arise. The absence of these incomes led to a decrease in profit after tax in 2024 compared to the same period.
