In accordance with Office Letter No. 3992/UBCK-PTTT dated April 23, 2026, from the State Securities Commission regarding the implementation of regulations on the deadline for public companies to complete the procedures for notifying the maximum foreign ownership ratio as stipulated in Decree No. 245/2025/ND-CP.
